You do not need to buy a bunch of stuff or get involved in some insane exercise routine to be healthy. Not everyone wants to train every day like they are some kind of professional athlete. Some people just want to exercise and eat right to stay healthy and avoid diseases. We want to feel good and be healthy to do our jobs and enjoy time with family and friends. Take your time and be persistent with it. Start walking or whatever other type of exercise you can do without having to buy anything to get started. In fact, do not waste you money on exercise equipment or fancy diet foods. Just start making healthier choices. Take a flight of stairs at work. Then do two as your stamina builds. Choose an apple instead of a candy bar for a snack. Take your time making better choices with a commitment to keep improving even if you fall off the wagon now and then. That way, looking back next year you will not have the regrets you have right now.
