No Regrets and a Healthier You One Year from Now
You do not need to buy a bunch of stuff or get involved in some insane exercise routine to be healthy. Not everyone wants to train every day like they are some kind of professional athlete. Some people just want to exercise and eat right to stay healthy and avoid diseases. We want to feel good and be healthy to do our jobs and enjoy time with family and friends. One of my favorite sites for healthy living helps me discover tips I can use to improve what I am eating on a daily basis as well as helping me get the exercising I need to do every day done. It is so easy to slip into noncompliance with even the easiest of routines to help you live a healthier life. However, it is not something we should put off for another day.
It is easy to look into the past wondering what we could have been like if we ate better back then or exercised more. However, if you start today, in one year you can look back and see how far you have come. Just do a little bit every day. Change your diet one bite at a time. Take your time and be persistent with it. Start walking or whatever other type of exercise you can do without having to buy anything to get started. In fact, do not waste you money on exercise equipment or fancy diet foods. Just start making healthier choices. Take a flight of stairs at work. Then do two as your stamina builds. Choose an apple instead of a candy bar for a snack. Take your time making better choices with a commitment to keep improving even if you fall off the wagon now and then. That way, looking back next year you will not have the regrets you have right now.
